Registration and Tuition Information

Registration looks differently if you’re a new or returning student to our programs. Check below and follow the guidelines for the process that best fits you.

New Student Registration

Available for new students or for students who have not participated in an SVPM program in over a year.

If all studio spaces are full, you will be added to our waitlist and will be contacted when space in specific studio becomes available.

Step 1: Contact us

Tell us a little bit about yourself and what program or service you’re interested in!

Step 2: Receive a Response

We’ll follow up and let you know what programs or teachers might be a good fit for you or your child. Please note, we are unable to accept new students in Summer 2026, so all inquiries will be about potential placement for Fall 2026.

Step 3: Register and Make Initial Payments

After we’ve found a good fit for you, we will send you the official registration form. Then the fun begins!

Returning Student Registration

Available ONLY for students that participated in an SVPM program during the Fall 2025 school semester.

Step 1: Register

If you took lessons from any SVPM teacher in the 2025-2026 school year, use the registration form below to sign up for Summer 2026 lessons. We are unable to accept new students this summer.

Payments by cash, check, or card are accepted. Stop by Erin Weldon’s office or give her a call at 540-432-4650.

Registration and Tuition Information

SVPM accepts new student registrations at three times throughout the year: in the Fall, Spring, and Summer.

The Fall and Spring Semesters are 15 weeks in length. The length of the summer session is determined by the private teacher.

Availability for specific instrument studio placement fluctuates with each registration period. Please contact us to let us know what instrument you’re interested in and we can place you on our waitlist.

A $50 per-student non-refundable registration fee is required for all students.
